Awesome. Strawberry peach cobbler was a huge winner for us. My wife and I came while visiting for our honeymoon and they were one of the few dessert spots open late. Super glad we came out for it.
OMG!! Stellar dessert...a must-try while in Charleston.
It was delicious but of course the portion size could be a lil bigger .

The Peach Cobbler Factory is a cute spot in downtown Charleston with an interesting variety of cobblers, cheesecakes, cookies with frostings and cobbler toppings, and beverages, including a signature tea made on site. The Strawberry peach cobbler was a huge winner, and the Peach Cobbler had very good flavor. The Cherry Cobbler looks amazing. Other items include a cinnamon roll, a brownie with icing, churros, and ice cream with a topping for under $5. The place is Black Owned and offers friendly service. One worker was especially amazing, incredibly friendly, hardworking, and attentive, and provided excellent customer service. The staff is nice, and the inside is very clean and quiet. It is one of the few dessert spots open late and a sleeper in downtown Charleston. Customers have been coming every day after work and can see themselves going 3-4x a week. It comes highly recommended.
