Lowlands was a fantastic find! I chose it because it was within walking distance to an event, though it wasn’t initially recommended. I was pleasantly surprised by the ambiance, food, and exceptional service. We sat at the upstairs bar, where Avery took great care of us. Thank you, Avery, for making such a great first impression! We’ll definitely be back.
We had a terrific family cocktail hour and dinner tonight. There were 15 of us from two years old to 70. The cocktails and appetizers were excellent as were the entrees.
Graham did a superb job with everyone — patient with the kids and knowledgeable with the adults about the history of the building as well as the food. All in all a great evening!

Great spot if you are looking to get oysters. The gentleman shucking the oysters was very knowledgeable and his recommendation on what to try was spot on. I would definitely Chek it out if you are in town
