This is 2 weeks in a row on Thursday that I have been to this location last week I left at 7:06 a.m. they are supposed to open at 7:00 a.m. when I left there was someone pulling up to open the store here it is the next week at 7:12 that same car is here but the front doors are still locked no one is answering and the vehicle is sitting in the parking lot

The first visit I waited an additional 30 minutes inside for a to-go order with Rage Against the Machine playing at full volume.The second visit I got an unblended smoothie that tasted like pure caffeine powder which I threw in the trash. By far the worst location in

Kelly was awesome!! I went around the drive-through around 7PM for 2 smoothies and a wrap which were both delicious and prepared very quickly. Despite my unsureness on what to order Kelly was extremely patient and helpful. It was busy and she seemed to be the only one working, with a full dining room and cars in the drive through shes got this thing down! Thank you Kelly ❤️ let’s get her some help!

I've tried so many times to give this place a chance because I love every Tropical Smoothie location I've been to OTHER than this one, and this is the closest one to my house. No more. I went through the drive-thru with my son at noon on a Saturday. After waiting over 20 minutes in the drive-thru, the vehicles behind me started backing up and leaving. I was at the window, so I decided to wait. Approaching 30 minutes, I knocked at the window to ask if I could at least have the melting smoothie I had been staring at in the window for nearly 10 minutes because my son was hungry and getting fussy. We finally got our stuff, only to see they had left off my son's chips and put chicken on his cheese quesadilla, so I had to park and go inside to get this corrected. They apologized, saying too many orders came in at once, but there was no one inside. Once I pulled off, 45 in at this point, I finally open my Thai Chicken Wrap to find it, also, is not what I ordered. I can't even tell what type of wrap it was supposed to be, but it was about 50% pickled red onions. I had to throw it out. This place just needs to go ahead and close down and make room for something else at this point.

Horrible service, very short staff, and when there is staff, they are sitting outside not taking orders, playing around. I pulled up to the drive through and was told there is a 15 minute wait; they wouldn’t even take my order. At one point I was told they were only able to take your debit card if you came inside. This place isn’t going last.

I go here every single day because the smoothies are excellent. I get one for breakfast and one for lunch and they’re always so delicious! I love Kelly and DJ. They are so friendly, so efficient and so quick. They are the best!
Just had to walk out of a job I really liked due to the store manager. If that’s the type of management representing the store I wish you guys the best of luck I will be contacting HR very soon.

The location was short staff with confusing signs on door. I waited 45min for a usual wrap that was anything but… Rice undercooked, missing chicken that i requested more then once at drive through, also added sauce that i’ve never tasted before??♀️

Placed mobile order for pick up but lobby is closed at this location so had to wait in drive-thru line 30+ minutes to receive food that was cold by the time I got it. Restaurant needs to find an alternative to this scenario or we will not be back.
