Placed a mobile order. Dining room was locked at 1 in the afternoon. Sat in drive thru for 20 minutes to try and pick up my order, grew impatient and left without the food I already paid for. Awful experience.

Horrible service. Ordered via the app and they didn’t have what we ordered. When we asked for a refund they said you have to use the app. Ok fine, show us on the app where because all the contacts are closed at 8:30 pm and there is nowhere to do that. They wouldn’t refund and wouldn’t help in any way on the WENDY’s app as they have no clue how to use their own app. Incompetence all around. Bad thing is this isn’t the first time but at least the other restaurant wasn’t chicken to at least talk about the process. Basically they are stealing the money if there isn’t a way of recourse because the last time they said they gave a refund in app credit it’s not there. This Wendy’s crew just shut the window and wouldn’t even talk like chickens. No help or service.

Sat in the drive through for almost 1 hour with only 4 cars in front of us, when we got to the window we were in the car for at least 15 minutes waiting on our food.

Stop this morning at 7. :00 trying to get breakfast on my way to my next location for work. The man the man in the window slammed the window in my face after I tried to order breakfast because they didn't take my order at the speaker. Tell me that they're only taking mobile orders currently. This is ridiculous. It is 7:00 online says they open at 6:30. Very rude. I will not be returning

I went to Wendy’s today for the Cinnabon free pull apart for 2/29 leap day they had advertised all over the place. When I get here this location said they won’t start serving that until tomorrow (where the coupon would be expired) and that the rewards program wasn’t even working. I did order a small breakfast potato which they did give me free because I showed them my reward for it even though they couldn’t scan it. I expected better from a fast food chain that advertised a deal but then didn’t even offer it.

I came through the drive through waited. For at least ten minutes no one ever came on. Pulled up to the window no one ever came up to the window... When I went inside store full of employees.No one at the drive through, no sign at the drive thru saying it was close..
