I went to Wendy’s today for the Cinnabon free pull apart for 2/29 leap day they had advertised all over the place. When I get here this location said they won’t start serving that until tomorrow (where the coupon would be expired) and that the rewards program wasn’t even working. I did order a small breakfast potato which they did give me free because I showed them my reward for it even though they couldn’t scan it. Was a regular at this location, but the drive-thru service is poor every time. Always waiting 30 minutes+, turns out they may have run out of product today? No store employees came out to greet us or warn us of a slow down. About 10-12 cars, no lie, evaporated from the line. Something needs to change about how this store is operated...par for the course for the many airport-adjacent Wendy's that I have seen.

We sat in the drive thru forever and didn't get any service so we left. A person did tell us they would be right back but they never came back and vehicles were piling up behind us.
