Not sure if it was just a bad day or what. Monday evening. May have been new employees. Sat a long time to order. They told me to pull forward a couple times while I was ordering. Got the order wrong several times. Didnt know what the Asiago sandwhich was. Could hear swearing sounded like in background. Pulled forward and car in front was honking to get their stuff, which was a small bag and one drink. We got our stuff, but burgers were wrong. They tried not giving us all our drinks. Shrug...

I hadn’t been to dine in at Wendy’s in years to be honest. But this location got a makeover to match the rest more modern. The food was made hot and was great. Inside tables were clean and there’s plenty of seats.

Omg it was so cold inside this restaurant I needed a fur coat. We had to leave and go to the car before our food went cold.The employees are nice but every time we go it takes so long to get our food so a person that has a 30min break should not come here or order way ahead.

Food was disappointing and not fresh made everyone sick throwing up fire were hard we asked for hot fresh food an was told it was it was warm to the touch once home food was hard fried wasn’t fresh or sandwiches and good vomited all night and into the day

Wanted to take the time out to share how much I appreciate what the Northwoods North Charleston, SC location did, I placed a mobile order one item I requested was a cherry poweraid that was unavailable so they of course asked me what other drink would I like so I asked for a strawberry lemonade to be told it would cost a little more but then out the kindness of there hearts they said there would be no extra charge, it's the little things like this that really go along way. This was great customer service to me and I thought I should show how much I really appreciated it. Also must I mention the food was prepared and packaged very nicely, thank you again, this customer left happy and satisfied.

Did a mobile order at 9:00. Got there around 9:10, sat at the speaker for about 15 minutes after they said 1 minute. Once someone came back on the speaker I told them I had a mobile order. They told me to pull around. I waited at that window for like 15-20 minutes. Didn't get my food until 9:40. All I ordered was a small fry and junior cheeseburger, not even a drink.
