“Me and my daughter eat there every day and on this day in particular they got our order wrong, this was unusual because every other service we've have was great, but Cory, the day Manager was amazing, we talked while they remade our order, this made my daughter want to be a team member there, she saw how great the service was and how Cory handle the situation and it inspired her, thanks a million Cory...“

“Placed an order through the app with 4 cookies on it. Got to the window - they had accepted the order before realizing they were out. Unable to replace them with nuggets but offered oatmeal bars (eww). So suggested I cancel the order and rerun it. The app wouldn't let me so I went inside and was told they had no control over that and I'd need to call corporate. I don't do well with confrontation and know some things are out of their control but I was frustrated. Went to the car upset and started fussing about paying $25 and not getting my food. A manager or another employee heard me upset while in the car on their break and offered to go make the cookies to save me the headache of corporate. I could've cried. Just going inside the restaurant to complain was difficult for me so having someone make it okay - made my day. I know it's just cookies but putting forth that extra effort made my stressful evening better. Thank you ?“
