“Food was excellent. Service was phenomenal. The atmosphere was like a normal restaurant nothing too special. I wanted to try this restaurant for the food of course but heard of other Mellow Mushroom restaurants more decorative to reflect the name. Making it a better experience along with the food and service. I was a little disappointed about that but will definitely eat there again. Looking forward to going to other Mellow Mushroom restaurants to get the full experience.“
“Came here after the Charleston Southern v Clemson game this past Saturday with 4 adults and 4 children. The staff was very upbeat, friendly, and helpful! Salads and pizza was enjoyed by all, and so was the Cookie Monster Gelato! Thank you all for your patience and helpfulness! Wonderful staff, great atmosphere, and delicious fresh food!Kid-friendliness: They gave all the kids a small ball of uncooked dough to play with, and were very friendly and fun with them!“
“Overall a really good option for when i didn’t have time to wait at another place in the area. We went with the self-serve buffet option. Not a ton of options for regular pizza but the fact that they have the same amount of dessert pizzas makes up for it! Couldn’t wait to take a bite out of this chocolate chip pizza which didn’t disappoint. If my daughter chooses the college we were visiting when we went here, I’ll make sure I stop in when I’m back.“
“Best sauce I've had on a pizza, it doesn't make me sick to my stomach after having it. My favorite crust by far is the calicrust and the old world peperoni is definitely in my top favorite toppings. And most everything is made from scratch too, it's really worth giving it a try if you haven't yet!Vegetarian options: You can have all veggie based toppings or crust aside from the cheese, it's dairy based.“
“Good pizza place nice people could use some more variety and quality in salad choices however the pizza is good and price is reasonable.Parking: It's tight parking and traffic coming and going its easy to not see a car when pulling out.“
“The most delicious and affordable pizza option in the Clemson area by far. I’ve been about 5 times now and every time the customer service has been great and the food ready on time. Plus they don’t skimp on the toppings, at all, they will load that jawn all the way up. I don’t even review places but they are that good I had to give them the 5 stars.“
“Amy and Luke made my service wonderful! His ponytail really is something just to stop by and see. Jacob took my order over the phone and Brady handed over my large order and even offered assistance to get it into the car. Really wonderful place.Vegetarian options: The vegi is a great vegetarian pizza, comes with mushrooms, tomatoes, green peppers, onions, and black olives. Can also add spinach / pineapple if necessary.Kid-friendliness: Staff were very nice to my four year old son, he had dropped his pull apart and they remade it free of charge.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible ramp near entrance“
“We came by here for a tour of clemson. It was a bit chilly but I can see with the water views, this is such a terrific place to come eat. On to the food - you can order personal.pizzas 7 and 10" (larger too- I just like the 7" option), choice of white or wheat, then create your own. It's thin dough, but i really liked the pizza. It was surprisingly good. Not too heavy or paper things, tateless - service was fast. This place gets packing! We got there at 1130, garage retail parking so easy. When we left, there were no spots and the restaurant was decently full.“
