We first came in and the host was rude! Then we sat down and our server seemed like she did not want to be working. We ordered an old fashion and it was horrible it was not even one. The server was so rude to us. When it came to paying she did not even say thank you or even ask how things were! Worst Apple Bee’s I have been to. I give it zero stars!!!
Tried to stop in for a quick lunch with my family and we were seated in the bar area that was so loud we had to yell at each other across the table. The food took so long to come out we almost left so we could just grab McDonald’s. Plans for the day were completely thrown off and didn’t get to finish half of the family plans. Lesson learned.
Yesterday, September 17, 2023 at seven at night, I went as always with my husband to Applebee's, and about six Hispanic customers arrived at the restaurant and the two who receive people ignored them and did not serve them, it seems to me. They are racist there and it shouldn't be. I am a frequent customer and I will never go again.
