Blaze Pizza was blazingly fast and the pizza was surprisingly good. The workers were friendly and helpful to this first-timer, walking me through all the options available for building the pizza my wife and I desired. The next time we're in town, we will be back!

While I truly love their pizza, I placed a delivery order online, they delivered half the order. No worries, I called and said I’d love the rest to be delivered, with much back and forth between DoorDash and Blaze, no one wanted to take ownership for the pizza they said was, in fact, sitting there. Mind you, I am very polite and understanding. I said okay, can I please have a refund. The Blaze manager hung up on me. There is no other way to contact them I’ve discovered and I don’t know how to get my money back that they stole.

Every time I’ve ordered here I get a barely cooked pizza. I always request it to be cooked well done, but I’m gluten free and the GF crust takes longer to cook. This time I was given a virtually raw crust. Not going back.

Cashier was rude from the moment our eyes met, I tried to explain that what I ordered on the app was not what was on the pizzas, she started yelling at me that it was exactly what i ordered, when I tried to show her my order receipt she refused to look and said she didn’t do anything wrong. Absolutely rude. In place of doing a remake and make them right she kept them and the manger said she was processing my refund over the phone which I doubt cause I could hear the whole conversation…

My first time and I loved it. This is my new favorite pizza place.
I am a regular customer at Blaze Pizza located in Columbia S.C (Sandhills location). My 9 year old son and I were customers at the store yesterday evening 11/17/24. I placed two orders of Cheesy Bread and a build your own pizza. The two orders of Cheesy Bread was sitting out while the representative left to look for a cutter. I asked the representative for a fresh order of Cheesy Bread since it was sitting out so long. The manager Raven came out and said the bread was not cold. Raven had an attitude. She was saying things under her breath, showing anger. She also gave the Cheesy Bread to two customers that walked in and said “Here you go, two free batches of Cheesy Bread. This customer (Me) claims it’s cold”. This was insulting, disrespectful and condescending. The representative placed two more orders in the oven. When they were done, he was going to cut it but the manager took over to cut it. The Cheesy Bread had burnt pieces from the oven on it . She wouldn’t remove it and i said to her “The nice gentleman representative was going to cut it”. My then i said “I don’t want you cutting it. Please let him cut it “. Raven (The manager) Then said “What im going to do is refund you your money” I said “ I don’t want a refund , I want the food that I paid for “ Raven refunded the money and wouldn’t serve us This whole experience was traumatizing to me and my son. This was clearly not good customer service. We are business owners and we know that you do not go back and forth with a customer. We were faithful customers with Blaze and spent a lot money with the company. We are very dissatisfied with Blaze Pizza’s customer service.

Since I am a New Yorker, I have something to compare it to. Blaze pizza was pretty good. I have to say that I will go back and when I do, I am going to ask for less cheese! There was so much cheese on it. I do wish that the slices were bigger and thicker though! I also got the Caesar salad to go.

Decided to try this pizza restaurant while killing time before an appointment. The staff were incredibly nice, the food was way beyond my expectation, and pricing was reasonable. Took less than 30 minutes from ordering to finishing eating and leaving the location. Also, you get to watch them make the pizza in a Subway or Chipotle style line, picking and choosing your toppings. To top off the whole experience, you can watch them cook the pizza in a big stone & fire oven. 10/10 would recommend. I'll definitely be returning.
