The customer service in this
drive thru is HORRENDOUS.
It wouldn't kill them to be a little kind. When a customer says hello or good morning and they say absolutely nothing and basically shoves the bag through your window without saying a word, they
should not be in the customer service field. Shame on Bojangles for allowing such attitude run their restaurant. I really don't know how they stay in business.
