I hope after this bojangles get remodeled it comes with new employees because the ones that were there was garbage, food don't be fresh and them black girls be in there playing all the time. They are very unprofessional.

My biscuit was cold and burnt. Bo rounds were cold, and the Bo berry biscuits were burnt. For 17$, (steak biscuit combo, and bo berry biscuits), I'm sure they can do better. They did not include a straw, spork, or napkins. I understand they can be busy, but at this particular time, they were not. It's ridiculous the amount of burnt biscuits I get from bojangles lately. Is this a new thing? Because I spend way too much money to get burnt food!!

Walked in and hubby and I heard someone drop the eff bomb!!! Waited and as we were walking out because lack of customer service and heard someone say oh how are y'all. I replied good as we were walking out!!! This is what we face at every Bojangles!!!

Bojangles never disappoints. This is one of my family's favorite places for Breakfast.
Since they got that new African American male with the Mohawk service and food quality has drastically went up and been fresh good, fast service and professional and seems like the workers are happier as well. Good food and good service ??

Count your days cause ain’t no way y’all giving out stale food I got home and all my food was hot but taste stale like they refried some food that had been sitting the fries weren’t eatable at all this is not good I’ll be going to the one up garnersferry for now

Chicken strips have definitely shrunk. Food was hot and not bad.
Every time I drive by here I hope it has closed so a better restaurant will take that location but it keeps limping along. Worse Bojangles I have ever been to and I’ve been to a bunch. It’s Go time… I assume this bojangles stays open cause of proximity to Fort Jackson and 77. One time in lugoff I bit into a bojangles chicken biscuit that was raw in the middle and this location is still the worse one I’ve ever been too!

No biscuits. 9:15 am and “No Biscuits” is all I got. The drive through was wrapped around the building so I went inside. “No biscuits “ is all I got. Now…I’m starving waiting for an appointment…next time, I won’t bother.

I went to this Bojangles because it was closer than my first choice that’s on Bluff Rd. I hadn’t been here in over a year because the last time the food was awful. Well this time I ordered an 8 piece meal from the drive thru and had to wait 20 minutes. I get home ready to eat and the chicken is burnt or refried because the crust is super greasy and the whole thing looked extra dark we tried to eat it but it was too hard. The Mac and cheese was not hot and they forgot my biscuits?I sent a message to corporate and they never got back to me and my request for a refund of the 31.00 I paid for this garbage we couldn’t even eat. The second and last time I go there. Judging by the reviews they are awful but continue to make operate and make money.

Was inside eating when the staff started screaming about a roach in the kitchen, lost my appetite immediately and threw away my food. The young woman that took my order was very nice, however I won’t be returning to this location.
