Took us an hour after going through the drive through to get the food. Talked to the cashier inside who's only response to if we were getting the food was to whispher i dont know and ignore me. These people should all be fired or they might as well shutdown the place. It was horrible. Just groups of people in and outside waiting on food that would never show.
This got to be THE SLOWEST bojangles ever in life!
This is literally the worst Bojangles you can patronize in Columbia SC. The service is so half ass, to get a sausage and egg and cheese biscuit it takes 45 mins. If you have anywhere to be I suggest you not to stop by this establishment. If the service is like this, I can only imagine the food prep and the employees cleanliness. You’re better off going to the one on bluff rd. Pay close attention to the inside when you come to the drive through window it’s disgusting....read full review
