SMH HOW DO YOU MESS UP A ORDER AND THE BOT TAKES IT FOR YOU? MAKE IT MAKE SENSE . The food was good.. the problem was . It was not what I ordered.. I asked for bacon egg and cheese with seasoned fries. Got a steak egg and cheese with bo- rounds. .. I should have looked in the bag to check.. but I would hope my order would be so simple that it couldn't be mixed up.

Tried the new chicken bites, the chicken was super cold. Wanted to try the strawberry cobbler but got to the window and they then told me they didn’t have any. They seem to be working short so I didn’t bother to even get back in line or go inside.

Restaurant was out of a lit of items needed for your food. Customer service was talking and playing on their phones. They should have been cleaning and making the store look pervertable. They were stepping on fries and texting .

I’m writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I received during my recent visit to your location.
At the second window, the young lady with long braids handed me my food without greeting me or acknowledging the transaction—no “hello,” “thank you,” or even a smile. She appeared visibly unhappy and unapproachable. Additionally, another young lady in a red t-shirt displayed unprofessional behavior through negative body language, including eye-rolling, which made the interaction even more uncomfortable.
If these employees have not been properly trained, I strongly suggest additional customer service training, especially considering the importance of a positive attitude in this line of work. If they are unhappy in their roles, perhaps this is not the right environment for them.
Furthermore, the fries were excessively salty, which added to an already disappointing experience.
Due to this, we’ve decided not to return to this location and will take our business elsewhere where customer service is prioritized.
