11/19/25 around 1030am.. Don’t know where to start went to 2pcs dinner with fries and coleslaw and sweet tea is what I order. Only to get home open the box and let’s just say only thing that was worth it was the biscuit. Chicken looked and tasted like it was sitting for hours, fries cold and what was suppose to be sweet tea was actually unsweet after the young light skin lady who was stocking and fixed my food said 2 different times it sweeten. Highly disappointed I guess the only time to get hot food is when the restaurant first open and lunch time

Terrible needs new staff for sure. Just ordered through doordash, supposed to be a breast and wing combo, they gave me a thigh instead and the chicken was absolutely disgusting, old, soggy, terrible! No sides & no drink! & no sweet potato pie! Then the new apple crisp biscuit thing was absolutely disgusting! No sauce, no silver wear, no napkins. Never again 😒

This Bojangles serves good food. For breakfast they have grits even though it is not on the menu. Decent prices and dinner specials at night. They have been consistent with good food. It has been rare that they give me bad food. If they make a mistake they correct it with no hassle. They also have clean restrooms. Everytime I have gone into this establishment restroom is clean.

They're typically good but they've dropped off lately. I get the identical order each time. Steak, egg & cheese biscuit. 2 Bo-Berry biscuits. The last 5x the biscuits have been a bit on the hard side. I request a strawberry jelly and 1 ketchup. 3 of the last 5x I've gone, they have forgotten my condiments as well. When the food isn't overcooked especially the biscuits, they're generally pretty good, but the last few times, they've been off their game. Because of that, I'm not going anymore. At least for a few months.

We normally visit Bojangles on Clemson Rd @ I20, Spears Creek Church Road & Main St in Elgin. This location on Two Notch Rd @ Oneil Ct was very busy, cars around building in drive thru but line moved thru fast. The service was good & friendly and the food was hot & delicious. Best service we've had at a Bojangles in a long time. 5 Stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Boberry biscuits are amazing, everything was so yummy and my fries were seasoned to perfection. The staff is super friendly. Loved it all!

Just visited for a quick snack for my kid and had the most amazing experience with the young lady in the first window ! Her name was Madison ! She waved !! Smiled EAR TO EAR ! and greeted me with the warmest most friendly greeting I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN ANY FOOD SETTING ! Not just fast food ! Thank you Madison !!

IF I COULD GIVE THEM A ZERO I WOULD. GOT A 5 PIECE PAID FOR A 5 PIECE SUPREME AND GOT 3 . EVERYTIME MY ORDER IS WRONG. ID GO BACK TO THE LOCATION BUT THE WAY MY ATTITUDE IS IT WOULD PROBABLY END BAD. SMH HOW DO YOU MESS UP A ORDER AND THE BOT TAKES IT FOR YOU? MAKE IT MAKE SENSE . THE ORDER WAS CORRECT ON THE SCREEN THOUGH NOT ONLY THAT THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE, LIKE IF YOU HATE YOUR JOB SO BAD ITS PLENTY OTHERS OUT THERE.
