I came in order my food and they were slammed. They had drive-through inside and they was getting it in got all my food. The vibe was good everybody laughing and joking this is a restaurant I would love to come to wow they made my day and that’s the honest God And you can tell his love all through it and when there’s love is love in the food thank you so much

I have in the past gotten really good grub from this restaurant. However, today I went through the drive-thru and ordered some chicken strips, french fries and a biscuit. The lady who took my order was pleasant, however when I went up to the pickup window the lady was quite curt. As sometimes drive through orders can get a little bit mixed up, I asked her "what is this order, I just want to make it right.". She rolled her eyes at me, said, "it's your food", and handed me my box. I asked for some honey, sauce, and ketchup. Again, she rolled her eyes and handed me an exorbitant group of packets but most of them dropped on the ground. Reason? Her nails were very long... I'm guessing two inches and pointed with "bling" (rhinestones?). Anyway, bad customer service... And the strips were the size of Vienna sausages... very disappointing. I'm sure the WHOLE interaction would be better with workers who looked professional and were friendly, and the food was proportionate. An aside... What would happen if a rhinestone was in the food? What would DHEC assign as a penalty?

The last couple of time we have eaten at this location the food is not quite up to par. The flavor is bland. I get the chicken supremes, which should look like chicken fingers, but look more like nuggets. I understand prices are going up.. but don’t advertise it as stripes if they are small enough to be nuggets. At least make sure the flavors are on point (with the “nuggets” and fries.. that is what the brand is known for).

First time I've been there thanks to Good Mythical Morning.Chicken strips are small, they look like they are frozen and reheated. I get better, bigger tenders from Applebee's and Arby's.Fries were fine, just wish they were crispy. Biscuit was amazing.Potatoes and gravy were good but the picture on the app is misleading.The chicken sandwich was beyond horrible which is what I was looking forward to the most. The chicken piece was huge but it was over-fried and I had to pick at it to get the spot parts. Flavor was good though.Basically, it's overhyped. I can get better tenders at Raising Canes. Popeyes has better Potatoes and gravy and chicken sandwich. Most fast foods places have better fries.The tea was the best for sure. As a tea lover, it's amazing. I think better than Milo's tea.
