Ice cream is way too sloppy and oversized. They apparently don't want to give anyone napkins either because they make you go back and ask for them.
Order a kids size. The small waffle cone is a massive tower of ice cream that should only be placed in a bowl.

Will not be going back!! Ordered a hot fudge sundae. What I got was a hot fudge brownie sundae (which costs more). I told the girl it was not what I ordered. She said that was their hot fudge sundae. I then pointed out that on their menu both were listed. Since she wanted to argue I just said I would keep it and went back to my truck. When I started eating it I realized the fudge was clumped and gritty and not even warm. So I took it back and just told her I wanted a refund. She said she could not give me a refund because there was no manager there. So I settled for just plain ice cream and took the loss. NO customer service. I am very disappointed as this used to be a good place to go.

Do not EVER order via door dash or uber eats just drive and get what you want. I literally ordered a large which is 3 scoops of ice cream and these people sent me toppings in a bag with no ice cream to be found. It’s a waste of time just hop in your car and go to the drive thru otherwise they are going to play in your face!!!! PISSED!

I used the drive-thru. The service time was good for me. Customer service was also good. Nothing out the ordinary. I ordered a snickers blast (regular).

I have been hoping that I could find a good ice-cream shop. Well, I have to say that I found it! Since I am a lover of "pralines n' cream", I looked for something close to that on the menu. It's called "Scotchy Pecan". The flavor is so good and the ice-cream is so creamy. While it's not pralines n cream, it's good enough❣️

I ordered two scoops got one scoop. The banana pudding icecream had ice chunks throughout it some smooth some crunchy bites. Did not enjoy it I had better ice cream at Qwik Trip will be going back there half the price.

The ice cream is delicious when you’re able to get what you’re ordering. Several occasions when ordering in drive-thru we were told that they didn’t have ice cream sandwiches. When asked why, they lied and said that they no longer sold them. We told them that we just had purchased them not even a week ago. You could hear snickering and someone saying, “well we don’t anymore.” We returned within three days. Well they indeed still sold them. They just didn’t want to fix them.
