Bruster's Real Ice Cream, the butter pecan flavor is LIFE-CHANGING, and the pecans are so big they deserve their own zip code. Creamy, rich, absolutely ridiculous in the best way. Plus, the customer service is fast, friendly, and on point. If loving this ice cream is wrong, I don’t want to be right. 🍨✨

They have ruined the cotton candy ice cream. I went a year ago and it had absolutely no cotton candy flavor, just vanilla with the popping candy. Tried again the other day and it’s even worse, now they’re not even putting popping candy in it, and no cotton candy flavor. Such a shame for a place that use to be top tier

just went at 4:45 and stood there for 5 minutes and there was a girl in the back looking at me and a man with dreads came out and saw me and then went right to the back. didn’t even get to order and i was the only one there.

The staff is exceptional, greeted with a smile, thanked me for my purchase as I was handed a two-scoop butter pecan ice cream served in a cake cone! Yum!

Ice cream is good. You may have to make sure they put on all the toppings that you ask for. Employee had no enthusiasm at the drive thru.
Christiana was great and very patient with order taking when it came to us saying it was our first time being at Brusters ice cream shop. But the girl who made our shakes and ice cream was VERY RUDE rolling her eyes and made one of our shakes wrong and made our shakes very watery. We still paid and remained positive but that girl whoever she was does not need to be working there and if next time she is there I will ask for another person to make our shakes because she was so nasty and did not provide good customer service and even when she made the shake wrong we still accepted it and she did not offer to remake it or anything.
Update: went to Bruster’s again for a milkshake and I will not be back. I hate the attitudes that the workers have and they seem to not enjoy their job. They all need customer service training or to find better jobs if you’re not happy with your job then find another one. Workers are still snobby even when I said thank you after receiving my milkshake nothing was said back. So I will not be returning or wasting my money anymore at this place.
