Our very first ice cream stop since moving to Columbia, SC—and let me tell you, it was an absolute win! I’m not exaggerating when I say this was hands down the best ice cream I’ve ever had in my entire life. Every bite was perfectly creamy, rich, and bursting with flavor. From the texture to the taste, everything about it was just spot on.
If this is how our dessert adventures are starting off in Columbia, I can’t wait to see what else this city has in store....

Bruster’s has always been one of my favorite ice creams. I have only visited the this store twice. On this occasion and the previous one the servers were very nice and friendly and very efficient. There were four of us and we were all happy with our selections. The scoops were just right. We sat at one of the tables and ate them. All smiles.
