I always order the 56 mike's way with no cheese (severe dairy sensitivity), they are always friendly and never forget the specifics of my order.My only complaint is that typically the area to fill your drink is messy, and I think something is wrong with the drink dispenser cuz theres always little black flecks in my drink. While waiting in line I noticed the person handling the cash register stopped to help fix sandwiches without changing her gloves. She also handled the door knob with the same gloves. This is very unsanitary. I also witnessed other employees doing the same thing. Washing your hands and changing gloves are very important food service qualities to help prevent the spread of germs.

The rosemary bread has not been fresh the last several times we’ve gotten sandwiches. I used to love their bread but sadly, it’s crispy and stale in the ends if you know what I mean. A sandwich is half about the bread. We ordered delivery this time but have also picked up our sandwiches.
