Captain D's is a seafood restaurant with a loyal customer base. The fish is a highlight, but the fries are not always consistently good. A long-time customer was pleasantly surprised by exceptional customer service after a mistake with their order. The staff, including Mrs. Monique, William, and Mrs. Jurisa, apologized and offered a complimentary meal, demonstrating a high level of customer service. However, another customer had a poor experience with long wait times, poor service, and a neglected appearance of the building. It seems that this location may be under new management or ownership. Despite some inconsistencies, Captain D's is still a recommended spot for seafood lovers, particularly for their 3-piece fish dinner with green beans.
