I waited for 30 minutes to have my order taken. The old couple behind me drove around to the window to place their order or tell them off. The woman at the window comes on the intercom after the old couple drove around me. The idiot woman tries to play it off and keeps asking about my car. I almost cussed her out but my food was decent enough.

The food was fine, the issue is they are severely short staffed(per employees on site). I understand the workers that were there, were very overwhelmed however as a customer I was not aware that only 3 people were working when I pulled up to the intercom. The worker who was supposed to take my order was very upset that I said “hello” 3x (with no response until the 3rd hello) and her response was “hold on I’m only one person”. It wasn’t until I pulled around and went inside that I got a better idea of what was going on. Not completely their fault no one showed up to work, however communication was very poor … alerting customers you are short staffed ahead of time(at the intercom) would prompt more patience.

I never never been to a place where the woman the young lady in the window is talking about getting weed and backwoods. Calling people love is disrespectful I am 72 years old how dare you be disrespectful. All the attitude in the world after you accidentally call you love is amazing to me, people coming out on a Sunday she needs not to be there cuz that is wild and disrespectful. And how you going to charge for a loaded baked potato but you don't have any bacon nor a chives.

This location had fresh hot food service was amazing power went out while we were there manager was making sure everyone got food! Dianna was super sweet taking our order kept checking on us!!

Service slow for take out.. personnel has terrible customer service with attitudes..manager cleaning dining room without helping get food out. No one acted like they wanted to be there...never be back here again. Customers complained and kitchen staff can't keep up.No one apologized. Person at front said " I am just going home! and arguing with everyone up front." Spent $26.47 for a 30 minutes wait time and restaurant had no cocktail sauce. Could have went next store at Harbor Inn Seafood and got food fast and people friendly who love their jobs. I think the cashier was Toria.
