First every time I come to this restaurant I have to wait 30 minutes or more. This is a fast food place so that means food should be being cooked most of the day not cooked to order. I got my order today after waiting almost 40 minutes it wasn't hot and I got 3 pieces for my 4 piece meal and almost all of my sides were wrong. If it's going to take over 30 minutes I'd expect the order to be right when I receive it.

I had a really great visit to Captain D’s recently thanks to Ericka. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and was very attentive as I placed my order. She was friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcome — she even offered suggestions when I asked what to order. My food came out quickly and exactly as requested. Overall, Ericka’s positive attitude and professionalism made the experience enjoyable; I would definitely return and ask for her again.

This is what happens when your night crew staff is careless and slack!!! First I get to the window and I waited for 10 minutes before they took my money. After paying, I waited even longer! I had to go in to get my food because all I saw through the window was the two female employees cleaning up and walking to the back kitchen as if I was not waiting on anything. The least they could have done is let me know that it is a little wait on my order! Instead they are cleaning up with spray bottles when they should be awaiting my food!! I get home and of course it’s a DISGUSTING PIECE OF TISSUE ATTACHED TO MY BAKED POTATOE!! This is unacceptable!!

Waited an hour they are very unprofessional and unorganized I brought my clients in and they have special needs and had to wait they wait till after you order to tell you they are out of something. I would never recommend or return. The cashier was very rude and disrespectful. She also dropped the sauce on the ground and then put in the consumer bag that’s That’s very disrespectful. And unsanitary.

This is the first Captain D’s I have ever went to, So yes it may be a little dated, but to me that means something and speaks to its potential and character. I had a bad experience and the Cayce location and Ms. Erica corrected my experience today! I appreciate the attentiveness she showed me! I just came by here to grab my babies and I some food. Took about 20 plus minutes to get through the line. I got my stuff and noticed something floating in one of my kids drinks. I don't know how it was missed!! It was a german cockroach!!
So many people before me and in the restaurant.. I had to go in and show them, the place isn't well kept. Trash on the floor. I could see the kitchen from where I stood and inside was disgusting.
This place is obviously infested and disgusting. Ice wells needs to be burned and cleaned. Drink nozzles need to be soaked nightly. I hope this place shuts down or does a good deep clean followed with proper pest control and hygiene in the whole restaurant.
