told the drive thru operators I did a mobile thru order. they sent me around the line (two lanes) to come to the other lane, wouldn't acknowledge my order but had me sit in the line while others got their food and i waited to get it line again. once i got back in line, they told me to wait in curbside. i didn't place the order for curbside though. they wouldn't change it. the guy told me to pull around again, but no way in hell i was getting stuck in that line again. (you couldn't go around the drive thru line, only wait it out) i managed to back out of the drive thru line, sat and waited in curbside for ten minutes until i got out of my car when they decided to bring out my food at the same time. a 25 minute ordeal on a not busy friday afternoon was totally unnecessary and rude. staff were unhelpful and made the process difficult for no reason. just take my order the first time?

This location is extremely slow compared to other locations. I’m not sure why they haven’t mastered the method by now.

This location is typically very busy and wait times are sometimes longer. However food quality is not compromised and customer service is still spot on!

I placed an app order for dine-in. 6 mins after the notification said an employee was bringing my food, I look up and see the employee bringing 2 trays stacked on top of each other. He stops and delivers the top tray to a customer who came in after me and ordered thru the line. He then proceeds to bring my order. I seriously doubt these trays are cleaned very well. UNSANITARY! My drink was incorrect and the number of sauces requested was incorrect. Obviously, attention to detail in filling an order is not a top priority. My chicken fillet was much smaller than normal. I got up to get a drink refill and when I came back to my table, my tray had been taken away. When I called to speak to the manager about my experience, there is no way to speak with someone at the location. You have to go thru Chick-fil-A customer service number. She took a report and forwarded it to the restaurant. I told her I wanted a call back from the manager. Crickets! I did get a generic response apologizing that my experience was not up to par. Unfortunately, this location is not good at delivering a pleasant customer experience. You can tell their emphasis is on the drive-thru and not on inside diners.

I placed a to-go order for counter pickup. I ordered a salad and medium waffle fries w NO salt! IDK what was going on but my fries were COLD, HARD, & way to OVERCOOKED…just NASTY AF!! Normally Chick-Fil-A is on point but NOT today!! Chick-Fil-A should be ASHAMED of themselves for SERVING fries like that to ANY customer!! IK 9/10 my fries from McDonald's will be AWFUL but NOT from Chick-Fil-A!! They really NEED to do better…PRONTO!!!!

I’ve eaten at lots of Chick fil A restaurants and this one is the worst, but not for reasons you might think. The owner, Aaron, is not the most “understanding” if you can read between the lines and it shows in those in leadership positions. They all look like him and when someone wants to come back who doesn’t and they were a manager, he says they can return but as a regular employee while someone else with his same skin can leave and come back to their same role. He also doesn’t allow employees to have fries with their meals! What kind of backwoods owner is he?! I’d say someone should investigate but they won’t.

“This is the first time Chick-fil-A has ever prepared my food wrong. I ordered the breakfast chicken bowl this morning, but it was missing the cheese. I would have gone back, but I didn’t want to be late for work. Disappointed! Sad face.
Dining area was filthy. Trash piled up on trash cans. Food spills all over floor. Dirty tables. Straws, napkins etc not restocked. Cashier not very pleasant, kinda short with her questions. Very unlike this location !!

After ordering sat in ki e for 15 minutes to be told to park for another 6mins wail waiting on food wile every car infront and behind got there wile we waited in kine before we were told to park

I give this a 3 star because of one employee who prepare the food has alot of hair on his head and face. I seen him handle an drive-thur order with his bare hands after using his cell phone. What a turn off. I cancel my order and left
