This is the most inefficient chic fil a I’ve ever seen. Two lines but one is used only for mobile orders so you can imagine the line backing up. Additionally, the workers outside are just standing around because the line is so long. They have to wait for it to move before they can take more orders. Congratulations Chick-fil-A! this is the first inefficient franchise I’ve ever seen!
Chick-fil-A always has it together when it comes to customer service and getting your order right! They even gave us the cup of ice we asked for at the drive through. Keep up the great work guys 👍🏻🥰
Best Chick-fil-A is close to the fort Jackson base and easily accessible from the main px. I got food here faster than most Chick-fil-A. Great service and friendly staff 👏 👍 👌
