This is just my second time here and I will make it a point to never come back to this particular store. The customer service is bad and all I ordered was a mango smoothie and it’s taken almost 20 minutes. Also it isn’t busy so it isn’t as if they have tons of orders up which then I would be understanding but this is ridiculous. I will never send anyone here…

Hadn't been to a Panera in two years or more. Had a great visit at this location recently. The cashier was enthusiastic and cheerful; I wish I could remember her name. The tomato soup and bread were comforting. The chocolate chip muffin was yummy, but I wish it were warm. The hot chocolate was less rich (creamy) and sweet then I prefer but it's hard to find amazing hot chocolate outside of a specialty dessert shoppe. I look forward to my next visit!

Some locations still lack kiosks for ordering, but staff members are welcoming and helpful. Despite occasional service hiccups, Panera Bread continues to serve tasty meals and remains a reliable option for those on the go.
