The cashier said thank you but did not tell me the total. I pulled up to the window. They took my card and processed the payment but still did not tell me the total. It took about 5 more minutes before I got my sandwich. They handed me the bag but still did not tell me the total or give me a receipt. I asked for a receipt and they handed it to me.When I opened my sandwich, the ham inside was cold.10:30 in the morning at Panera bread and they had no bagels.

They messed up my drink order in the drive through. I ask for an iced drink and they gave it to me hot. I politely let her know that I asked for it iced and she sighed heavily and rolled her eyes, then proceeded to slam the window. I get it, having to remake a drink is annoying, but you are at work getting paid to do a job. Don’t be rude.

I went by Panera yesterday to get 2 cinnamon crunch bagels and when I got home to eat one they were hard and stale. They were not fresh at all. I don’t go to this Panera bc it’s a good distance from where I live but I happened to be on that side of town. I was disappointed bc it was too far and late to go back to return them. But I definitely won’t come back to this location and just stick to the one I go to.

Came in with a $100+ order. There was a young guy working at the register. Poor people skills, not a hello, a smile, a welcome.I told him the first sandwich, how I wanted it etc. nice and slow. Then the rest of the order. He seemed to be in a rush because he kept trying to tell me the total without asking if that’s everything. Tried charging me extra for cookies when every cookie they sell has a pack deal. Why does it matter which cookies I want as long as it’s 4 total - no other Panera location does it like that but sure.Upon seeing the receipt I noticed for the first two sandwiches he didn’t add the right toppings. I asked him and he said it’s on there. Later on I had to tell the sandwich makers that I needed certain toppings on.The first part of the order were a couple soups and they weren’t announced that it’s ready. Nobody called out the name and it was chilling on the counter getting cold. The first two sandwiches were missing the chicken and extra cheese. That was the part of the order the cashier got right also. Upon realizing we got a messed up sandwich we brought them back and the girls in the back made them right right away.Overall they made it right after we told them the issue but shouldn’t have had issues to begin with. Straightforward order. Location was empty.

Great food! I'd recommend the pepperoni melt and the strawberry banana smoothie. The atmosphere is cool but needs a slight pick me up to the scenery because it gives me high-school cafeteria vibes but it's doable. The parking is okay for the flow of traffic and the food is great. ?
The cashier was rude and disrespectful towards me and my girlfriend. I did not catch his name but he was bald and wore glasses. Not only was he wearing AirPods and not listening, but when we did not understand him and asked for clarification he said “isn’t that what is just said” very rudely towards my girlfriend. Because of this I gave zero tip and upon seeing this he gave a rude snark. The smoothies weren’t bad, and the atmosphere was fine, but I will not be returning.

Heading out of town in 2 days, I decided to order a couple of large entrées with 3 sides that would last me 3 to 5 meals. Helps avoid cooking as I get ready for my trip. Also saves possible food that could go bad while being out of town. Whole Caesar Salad with Chicken, homemade black peppered foccacia croutons, grape tomatoes, cucumbers, freshly grated parmesan, hard-boiled eggs, salt & pepper, all on a bed of fresh crisp Romaine lettuce & delicious Caesar dressing tossed together & a side of an airy, but crispy French baguette! Also had a full sandwich of Roasted Turkey & Avocado on artisan ciabatta with gouda cheese. Beyond excellent & one of my favorite combinations to purchase from Panera! Keep it up guys, you're doing amazing!
