Stopped in for dinner with my fiance'. She had the Santa Fe Grilled Chicken salad. The chicken was disgusting. Very hard to chew. The restaurant was filthy. Why the health department doesn't check on this establishment is beyond me.

I ordered a pick up order on 04/21/24 and had several issues with my order. I did not get any of my sauces to go with my crispers. Also order a kids meal which comes with Kraft Mac and cheese but was given white cheddar Mac and cheese and on top of it being wrong it was FREEZING COLD in a to go container. I'm very disappointed with the service I received. I called the location to speak with a manager and was put on hold for 10 mins with nobody coming back to the phone.

I just went in asked if I could sit at the bar and order a togo and drink while I wait I got told o can't order togo at the bar I got led to the side and ignored by the 3 people that walked past me while I waited 10 minutes at the counter I went back to the bar so I could order and box it up myself the bartender acted like I was a burden threw her hand up in frustration saying she'll put in my togo give me a minute I'm busy. It was very unprofessional and unwelcoming. I just left on her actions and will never return

Tried to tell us that food we always order when we come here didn’t come with ranch when it has at EVERY other chili’s we’ve been too. Got forced to buy the 4oz ranch just to get ranch and To Go person had an attitude about have to ring that up and go get it for us.

Where..... do i start......waitress was sweet as can be......The restaurant was clean for the most part... but the food didn't match the pictures on the menu.....AT ALL.....nor did it taste like it. My son got a quesilldilla, and the tortilla wasn't even toasted.....like they placed it in an air fryer. The 5 strip basket I ordered was flourless. I know I should have taken pics....I understand cutting back but come on now....

bartender refused to pour a beer when there was 20 minutes until closing. he could have politely declined but instead he was rude about it and his ghetto angry coworker came out of nowhere and locked the door behind us as we walked out which made no sense because there were still customers in there? miserable people working here not friendly at all do not recommend
Highly recommend!! My family dined here, party of 7. The food was delicious! The service was great! It was our waitress first week. She did a phenomenal job! She was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Very friendly! Outstanding customer service! ??
