I was just in here and just witnessed the most disgusting display of customer service. The customer in front of me order a large tea she only had change and counted it out on the counter. When the lady put the cup down the lid was not securely on and unfortunately when the customer went to grab it the cup spilt. Mind you she was carrying a baby and was so embarrassed and apologetic. She kept apologizing as they started to clean it up but the lady who worked there shoved the change...read full review
