Food ok at best, nothing to make you keep coming back, got simple sns chicken, pepper steak, I'll being going elsewhere for my chinese food fix

The people who work up front have a nasty attitude. Food was nasty and burnt tasting I came back up there to complain and they was so rude not once apologized. I will never ever go back

The old short lady very bad Attitude . after spending 15. With them I needed more the 2 duck sauces that they give u .she pointed and said it be a extra 5 cents . Ok I got your 5 cents lady . U have lost a customer over 5 cents .

Food is okay but they need a new front of the house lady ! She is very , very nasty ! There was a guy that had a takeout order and he asked for ketchup and she told him no . Her words were “you have fried rice, what you use ketchup for?” And he responded in awe and said “uhm I can’t get any ketchup, that’s how I eat my food” and she said “you have friend rice, you no need ketchup and she made a face and slapped a receipt on the counter . She is a very skinny, older asian lady that was working on July 29, 2024 at 3:50pm. Very, very nasty and no way to handle buisness !

NOTHING LIKE THOSE BRAISED WINGS ? They are ALWAYS juicy, sticky and fresh. I order 40 to 50 wings each time I go. Service is quick BUT constantly busy so I recommend calling ahead of time if you don't want to wait too long. Their phone line may be busy but keep calling, they will answer. Definitely ordering again ?

Customer service rude

Their customer service is horrible. They hardly ever answer their phone. Sometimes they will pick the phone and just put it down without saying anything.

Beef teriyaki on a stick, amazing, egg drop soup had no scallions, the braised wings were super tiny. The beef lo mein had lovely tender beef and was beautiful but had absolutely NO flavor, even after adding soy sauce it was terribly plain. Over priced, absolutely no customer service
