every employee needs customer service training. each and every one
They posted signs on their doors they will not serve walk in customers and will only serve those that order online b/c of staffing issues. Preparing food is preparing food. They could opt to close the dining room to limit staff needs for maintaining the dining area. Then the food prep area was to quote another turned away customer, “nasty”. I was there no more than 3 minutes and watched 5 customers turned away.

No safritas, no garlic steak, no fajitas, several other containers were empty. No watermelon limeade, no berry agua fresca, mandrian agua fresca was mostly out, all fountain drinks are flat, drink station was nasty looking like a dumpster. No ice. No receipt paper. No forks. Had to get a refund on my large drink because there was no other option available.
