The customer service is terrible!!!!! The menu has one price and they are charging more that what is on the broad. Tell the cashier and she calls the manager, the manager come to the window and states that there is nothing that she can do ….. she closes the window in my face and walks off….!!!! Then stated that she is aware that the price is wrong and she is working changing it ….
The drive-thru line has huge craters in it & has for some time.Pre-pandemic & current state the drive-thru line is always slow to include inside.If you're craving Church's Chicken be prepared to wait. Today as I pulled in the drive-thru line.I sat there for about 5 mins, realizing there was a note to the right middle corner of the screen. The note read : Microphone doesn't wrk pull to the window. I had to wait for the car in front of me. Which was an additional 15 to 20 mins.I...read full review
didn't even order...the line never moved. left after about 20 minutes. came back later, still not moving.
broken drive thru speaker and dining room closed. seems to be the order of business for every location. sad...
