I ordered cinnamon rolls like I always do. When I got my cinnamon rolls they had heavy icing I didn't ask for heavy icing. Then my cinnamon rolls was luke warm as if they was just sitting underneath a lamp instead of being freshly cooked i mean that's what I paid for. It was a female manager working that night it seem like every time she work there my cinnamon rolls don't come out like they should.

This was a great experience. The energy was amazing especially Peyton! She is an awesome employee and very welcoming! The manager Michael was 10/10. He was so vibrant and you can tell he's a great person to be around. The food was fresh and the atmosphere was even better. Highly recommend Cicis pizza fashion drive!
The Cici's over on st. Andrews in Columbia has better food, service and atmosphere. It seemed like no one really wanted to be there at this location and it showed in how the restaurant was taken care of and how the food was prepared. Not bad, per se, it was just better at the other one.

Line out the door. Jam packed multiple birthdays and we got sat fast food never ending tables cleaned the people like Adorya working very efficiently. When I managing mcdonalds I'd cut my arm off to have people working as happy and courteous as these fine folks. Hands down proud of you all I've ate all over the country at many cici's and without contestation this is by a league the best. Clean fast delicious hot and the line was held full and everyone smiling and joking idk how yall found these people. But kudos. Bravo.
