The food was fresh and hot. Milkshakes took a while to be completed. The tables were all in need of cleaning, and the trash was overflowing, which grosses me out. Process are reasonable. We had a chicken sandwich platter with hush puppies and white cheddar melts. Yum. Peppermint milkshake was ok. Staff was friendly :) they were working hard so I didn't mention the trash.
Excellent food as always from any Cook Out location I visit. Friendly employees and the food came out fresh and mostly still hot. Reason for the 4 star review was simply because of the long wait period (nearly 20 minutes) in the drive thru from the time we placed our order until we got to the window to pay and pick up our food. Swear this is my new FAVORITE "fast food" restaurant!!! Always great food and a CLEAN environment!
