Had no problem with this location at 4pm... Minus 1 star because it's tiny
I am disappointed with my recent experience at this chipotle my last two orders here were wrong. First they missed my order of chips. and today they gave me just rice, meat and sour cream as my bowl... Over 2 hours before closing mind you, how are they out of stuff? it can be hit or miss with staff, some are very kind and others throw me off! recently there was a bit of a rush around 7:30, and i was told to refund my order instead of just making me a new one because they handed my order to someone else. i left and ended up having to call the store to have them remake my bowl after they told me no at the window. it was really confusing, but ultimately i ended up with my food and it was a very full bowl as usual! it was warm-ish lol. the girls...read full review
