Went to Cookout for the first time in a while since Rush's was closed for Labor Day and I wanted a hotdog. They weren't to busy but the cashier was nice. Food took a minute but it was freshly prepared and decent; pretty much as expected. I went pretty big and got a cookout tray big double burger cheddar style with onion rings and fries for sides and a peanut butter banana shake. Also got a cookout style hotdog. We stopped in for shakes and they were amazing. We had a strawberry cheesecake shake and a chocolate chip cheesecake shake. They were delicious. The only negative (if you want to call it that) was the straw was too thin for the chocolate chip cheesecake shake. I needed a spoon for it! On a scale of 1 to 10, they were a 15. Simply amazing!

This cook-out is hands down the best one in the Columbia Metro Area. We actually live on the opposite side of town and the last couple years will only eat at this one. The staff is friendly, the food is generally as requested and the lobby & bathrooms are always clean. Although only 4 in a serving, their onion rings are Fantastic!!!
