Cowboy Steakhouse is consistently good. The food on the buffet is fresh and at the right temperature. The variety is more than satisfying. The serving of the various meats are generous and tasty. Definitely a favorite go t0 place for an enjoyable meal on Main Street Columbia!.
Great service, the steaks and proteins were awesome with a great variety. When the restaurant was busy they were consistently bringing meat around to tables, and once the restaurant was nearly empty they asked us directly what steaks we wanted. Food was awesome. Will be returning
Our reservation was for a last-minute birthday dinner and the service was great. Brittany was as attentive as possible, being one of two servers that evening. While the service and ambiance were great, we were in a “private” room which created a more intimate experience, the salad bar selections and taste of the food was not what we were accustomed to when visiting another location in this chain. Overall, we had a great time and would go back.
