First time ordering from this spot while in Columbia. They received good reviews so I decided to give them a try. What I didn't know is the meals don't come with standard corn, potato, and sausage. Not a big deal but would've liked to have seen it displayed on the menu before ordering and if I missed it then it's on me. I asked for the Boom! And Fire. It wasn't excessively hot or spicy. High in salt though. Shrimp with heads were a bit mushy like they had been overcooked. Crab legs and corn were good. The potato although drenched in sauce had no real flavor. The young lady who gave me my food was quiet but professional. She smiled, greeted me and ensured my order was right.

Very displeased for the very first time ever. I come to crafty crab twice a week and never had any issues until today. I got my normal crab special but was unaware for the extra charge for butter seeing I have never been charged it before. The Asian guy seem a bit bothered and gave attitude while I was ordering my food as well. So when I got my receipt I noticed the charges. I simply asked about the charges then asked why I wasnāt notified just in case I didnāt want to pay the extra money. So on top of that he told me I could get a refund if I would like. So since he was being nasty about the situation. I asked for a refund for the butter charges unknowingly that my card would be charged an additional $35 because he voided the whole amount. Again nothing was being told to me on my end for me to know. If I knew I wouldāve just kept the charges on there. So know itās $60 out of my account as well as my account being in the negative because it overdrafted. No itās not my main bank account but either way itās like a courtesy thing. Nobody knows the next person situation. And I spoke to the owner and my only compensation was a few extra shrimp and one potato. I donāt feel like that is enough. I am very disappointed that Iāve invested money into this manās company just to be treated as if my money doesnāt matter. I will be sure to not return after years of coming. Something about how he chose to handle the situation not only as a owner but a man. Where is his integrity? Where is his morals?
