I usually don't write reviews, but I gotta give props to Drip. The vibes there are awesome, and the staff is super friendly. Their drinks? So good, you can taste the love in every sip. And the food? It's top-notch, made with high quality ingredients you'd expect to find in upscale restaurants. Seriously, if you're around, do yourself a favor and check out Drip. It's worth it, I promise.

The best coffee spot in 5 Points. This has been a favorite for my daughter and me for years to grab coffee and just sit and talk.

I recommend the smoked salted caramel latte. It is DELICIOUS. You will be packed inside because they always have a crowd, but everything else is great.

All around pleasant experience. Was busy, but kept things moving. LOTS of choices but settled on cafe breve with van syrup and was terrific, even served at just the right drinking temp to not burn my mouth!Got the egg, gruyere and tomato jam on biscuit and added the Serrano ham. Absolutely delicious and the biscuit definitely tasted housemade. Would love to return when am in area again.Parking: Metered lot in front but don't need to feed them on Sundays (had to ask a local though as didn't see hours posted anyehere)

Drip coffee is a nice change of pace for coffee shops in Columbia, offering a nice laidback atmosphere where you can kick back and read a book or study for an upcoming test.If you decide to try it out, I would highly recommend sampling the pour over coffees. They have a wide variety of blends from all over the world, each of which can be tasted as is without creamer or sugar.Drip's Lunch menu is also nothing to laugh at with their sandwiches often featuring choice cuts of meat such as mortadella, serrano ham, prosciutto, salami, etc.The only gripe I have is that the initial interaction with the staff wasn't ideal but after taking my seat, they quickly warmed up.I will definitely be visiting again.
