Great when open (kinda rare).
All the low star ratings a valid, they don’t staff advertised hours. In the few years they’ve been here only seen them opened twice.

Very good gelato.
For us, the service was a big problem though.
No one was at counter. We had to wait a few minutes, then saw someone sweeping the floor in the back. She saw us but didn't acknowledge us or come help us until we asked her if we could get some help. When she served as she never even looked at us or said anything at all, and she served my wife the wrong flavor.
When we saw what had happened I had to get her attention again. She did not speak but gave us...read full review
