All the staff are very nice but....there was a bug in my salad and that kinda pissed me off. I spent 60-70 I lost it ruined mt apitite

The atmosphere question doesn’t really relate to me, but my entire crew at work(McDaniels),ordered from here as a reward and I had the hamburger which was absolutely delightful! We had an order for about 12 people so I appreciate them doing such a great job. Customer service is the most important thing to me and a big reason why I will be going back here!

This is the best Deli on this side of town. Good food, good value and it's not a bad place to take kids if you need a sandwich. Much better than the big chains.

Their “ready when” times are wildly inaccurate when placing an order online. Add an extra 20 minutes to the time - at least! The whole point t of ordering ahead is so I don’t have to wait when I get there. Food is good but prep time and service is sorely lacking.

I usually order lunch or dinner, and it’s always the same: Greek salad with grilled chicken. It’s always delicious, but one morning, I decided to try something different and ordered breakfast. I ordered two Carolina Breakfast Wraps, one with bacon and the other without.

To my surprise, this was the best breakfast I’ve had at a fast-food restaurant in a while. The eggs were incredibly fluffy and delicious, and they were also filling. To top it off, the customer service I received was top-notch.

As I was eating my breakfast, I decided to call the restaurant and give the person who took my order a big thank you. It so happened that the person who answered the phone was Tawanna (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly). Her personality shone through the phone, and she was incredibly polite. She even remembered my order!

I was so impressed with Tawanna that I’ll definitely be returning to the restaurant again.

Some friends and I ate at East Bay Deli kind of close to quitting time and the Martha and Tawanda were very accommodating. I asked about chicken tortilla soup which didn't have but Baha chicken was a close substitute. It wasn't offered that day but after Martha explain that and the manager Tawanda overheard she offered to prepare it for me. My friends ordered other items but after seeing and sampling my Baha soup they wanted some also. That soup was wonderful! These ladies were so nice. They know what customer service is all about. My friends and I both agreed we will be returning soon.
