If you want good Italian food at reasonable prices and short wait time Fazoli’s is an excellent place to go. Their baked ziti is my favorite dish with just enough heat to it for those who like spicy food. And there breadsticks to me are far better than what you will get at Olive Garden. I have tried all their pastas all of them have been very good.

Updated 12/13/24 Just tried to stop there at 11am and it is closed. Not a car in sight. Google said it was open. So disappointed- we were looking forward to eating there (we don’t have one in Charlotte so we look forward to stopping at one any chance we can get).

Only 4 stars because only milk and water. They explained what happened so we took out instead of eating in. The food was very good. This was during Thanksgiving week so the drink machine is working now. Will go back again.

So sad to see the decline of quality of the food. This used to be the place for good food but it seems the while the front-end person was nice and friendly the other items has gone severely down hill. The restaurant itself could used some serious work. From needing much interior painting, female restroom shows where a toilet was permanently removed & area patched up. Main floors are sticky. The Alfredo sauce wasn't sauce you could call it Alfredo water. Taste was good but definitely disappointed in quality.

If I could give Service ZERO stars I would. 630 I walked in used the bathroom and was gonna order. The associate working the counter was too busy on her phone to acknowledge ANY customer. The cook working the back looked right at me and still no acknowledgement. I could get better service at a morgue. No customer Eating in store. I will not be back to any Fazollies the whole chain has gone down the tubes. No lack of respect for their customers. I was in Food Service 20 years this store is a no go
I literally just spent 14.23 cents on some very nasty spaghetti and a play play salad. I could have gone to OLIVE GARDEN and got exactly what I wanted for the same amount of money. Never again will I be eating here or spending my money. I asked for meat sauce they gave me meatballs, I asked for Lemonade they gave me SUGAR and water, I asked for a salad and they gave me something a 2year old could have made. Just a whole waste of my money and my DINNER for the night. GUYS stop asking for olive garden prices when you have McDonald quality food !!! SMH

I drove here from Charleston to do a tree job today We seen fazoli's And thought... Man they used to have one in Summerville but they closed it down It's a Panera bread Anyway I'm not going to say it was the best But from my childhood memory It takes me way back 5 stars Thanks team 😸
