This is by far my favorite place to eat at in the entire world lol. They have the most amazing fettuccine Alfredo you've ever had and their breadsdixksbor so tasty. I've officially got my mother in law, my step son and my fiancé hooked on their food and we will definitely keep buying food from here. Absolutely amazing food and reasonable prices on all their menu items.

HORRIBLE experience , I have been coming there my whole life and this was the woest experience ! The manager on duty on 09/11/2025 was so disrespectful and argued with me like he was in a relationship or something . I literally called ma dead very kind starting out and he got very hostile off back for no reason. Once I arrived in person things got worse . I ordered a smaller and did not receive that, just fettuccine and speghetti noodles mixed together with sauce and cheese . I order the over baked sampler . I’ve had the lasagna with marinera and no meat many times growing up and currently from Fazolis but apparently that doesn’t exist now. He completely had no care for the customer , argued horribly with me when I came at them very respectful. I will never ever return to this place ! Then said “mam I’ll buy your food “ I said yes I would like that because this is not the sampler . Money off or something should have been given. No matter what was explained this is not the correct thing so it should not be 15$ . Mind you it’s 9pm so I’m left to eat this . He walked off and never came back. I am reporting this to the owner and corporate . Ridiculous

This location needs huge help. I grew up eating here on a weekly basis. Food was fantastic, service great, awesome place. Stopped by for lunch and should have turned around when I saw the C rating from the health department on the front door and graffiti tags on the side of the building but I had hope. Upon entering it was a ghost town, for a couple minutes didn’t even see an employee to order. They were very nice and helpful, food came out with cold noodles but steaming hot sauce. Want a drink? Forget any carbonation you get sugar water.

I just left this restaurant and there was a member (in my party) in a wheelchair. We parked in the handicapped space; however, the side door was locked. Therefore the member in my party could not enter the restaurant. I went inside to ask the employees if they could open the side door and I was informed there was not a key to the side door, the only entrance for the wheelchair. Now mind you, I had to wait to speak with the employees, who were carrying on a personal conversation. I asked for information to notify the owner of the business and was told they couldn't give out this information, which is understandable. However, the fact that they could and would not accommodate a wheelchair is not understandable or acceptable.

I placed an order for dine-in and then waited 20 minutes at my table. While sitting I noticed the place was a dump. Dirty dishes on tables and by the trash can, and even though they had very few customers and about 6 employees, nobody was cleaning up the restaurant. After 20 minutes I decided to ask what happened to my food. They had it sitting at the window, packaged like a takeout order, even though the tag clearly said dine-in. I love the Fazolis by the Columbiana mall. So I figured I'd try this one. Never again.

For a fast food style place it was amazingly good pasta and bread. Meatballs were delicious and pretty decently priced. From NC but I will stop at fazzolis from now on when im in SC for work
The food was great. I had the spaghetti and meatballs. Also since I dined inside I had unlimited breadsticks. The staff was great as well. That was my first time coming there. I will come again.

I sat at the intercom waiting for 5 minutes to get my order taken only to drive up to the window and be told they didn’t have their headsets on and I had leaves and all kinds of dirt blown into my car by the leaf blowers outside while waiting on my meal.

The food is always excellent. We travel from Augusta Ga over to Columbia SC all the time for this delicious food. I am begging their Corporate office to put a location on Gordon Hwy right across from Ft. Gordon. Traffic around would make them a fortune. When we go we bring food back for us and 2 other families.
