Food tasted good, but the food poisoning wasn't great.

I'm I'm leaving this review for my parents who went into the Fazoli's on Two Notch Road when they were in Columbia on Friday the 6th of June I'm having to leave this review because they don't know how to use a computer. They only go to Columbia very sparingly and depending on what side of town they need to do business on, depends on where they drop in and eat at Fazoli's. They happen to be around Two Notch Road and decided to eat there since it has been a while since they had it. They reported to me that the service was very terrible and there was a large man of color behind the counter and he was very rude, as a matter of fact, he was so rude that they decided to turn around and leave without ordering. They ended up going to another restaurant. I only gave one star when my mom told me to leave no stars. The food the atmosphere and the service all get no stars because they did not eat.

We don't have this where I live and it's amazing. Try to stop whenever we see one! The baked dishes are fire and worth the extra wait.

Love this place. We don't have one. Recieved the absolute best service from Nate and Mgr Jin. Good service goes a long way. Food was hot and flavorful. Love the new dishes. That have been added with the spice!

Me and My Fiance came to Visit Columbia 3 weekends in a row From Charleston each visit was a stop to Fazoli's Each time we Came This Guy Name SEAN ALWAYS WAS THERE WHEN WE CAME VERY NICE GUY AND HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT FOOD WAS NICE AND HOT AND FRESH...SO BECAUSE OF SEAN WE WILL BE BACK....10 OUT OF 10 FOR

If you want good Italian food at reasonable prices and short wait time Fazoli’s is an excellent place to go. Their baked ziti is my favorite dish with just enough heat to it for those who like spicy food. And there breadsticks to me are far better than what you will get at Olive Garden. I have tried all their pastas all of them have been very good.

10/23/24 Enjoyed a nice and quiet dinner. I ordered the three meat tortellini with salad. It was good especially their breadsticks!

Updated 12/13/24 Just tried to stop there at 11am and it is closed. Not a car in sight. Google said it was open. So disappointed- we were looking forward to eating there (we don’t have one in Charlotte so we look forward to stopping at one any chance we can get).

Only 4 stars because only milk and water. They explained what happened so we took out instead of eating in. The food was very good. This was during Thanksgiving week so the drink machine is working now. Will go back again.

So sad to see the decline of quality of the food. This used to be the place for good food but it seems the while the front-end person was nice and friendly the other items has gone severely down hill. The restaurant itself could used some serious work. From needing much interior painting, female restroom shows where a toilet was permanently removed & area patched up. Main floors are sticky. The Alfredo sauce wasn't sauce you could call it Alfredo water. Taste was good but definitely disappointed in quality.

If I could give Service ZERO stars I would. 630 I walked in used the bathroom and was gonna order. The associate working the counter was too busy on her phone to acknowledge ANY customer. The cook working the back looked right at me and still no acknowledgement. I could get better service at a morgue. No customer Eating in store. I will not be back to any Fazollies the whole chain has gone down the tubes. No lack of respect for their customers. I was in Food Service 20 years this store is a no go
