Firehouse Subs in Columbia

“The sandwiches here are absolutely fantastic! However, the soda from the machine is consistently off—it’s either not getting enough syrup or it’s over-carbonated. I’ve mentioned it to the staff multiple times, and I’ve noticed other guests doing the same, but the issue still hasn’t been resolved. The food is a perfect 10/10, but I’d suggest getting your drink elsewhere.“

“General manager was awesome very kind and respectful. Food was great right temperature crew in the back was good to me. Call my name very clean place. I will recommend this to anybody else. I know it’s hard to find this place. I wish they put out more billboards.“

“Had a great experience at Firehouse Subs! I was greeted right away, by super friendly and welcoming staff. My sub was made fresh and quick. Everything was exactly how I ordered it hot& tasty . You can tell they care about quality and service. The crew was outstanding Samaiya Joseph and Malachi prepared my subs , while Janiah took my order I’ll definitely be coming back!“

“The food is always on point for me when I go. I don't know about anyone else's experience has always been good. The staff is always friendly to me and Service is always quick. Sometimes the drink machine area needs a little sprucing up but other than that, it's good.“

“I can only think of one other sandwich that was better than this one, and that was when I was about four years old and my mom made me a ham sandwich to eat after playing in the pool all day in peak southern heat. Not kidding at all when I say this probably changed the trajectory of my life. And supporting firefighters on top of an already stellar experience? Count me in every time. “Food is good (not great,like the Firehouse Subs in Beaufort). Employees answered all questions, nicely. Comfortable environment with enough leg room to move around

Wheelchair accessibility: Enough room for wheelchairs, but need to go to the end of the counter to turn around. Counter might be a little too high, but tables look like right height. Chairs CAN be pulled away to make room.“
