Five Guys in Columbia

“This location stands out in the world of “fast food” restaurants. You can tell that they’re are clear standards of service and expectations of the staff that lead to a really good experience for the customer. Someone was ready and happy to take our order, our food was hot, fresh, and delicious. The restaurant was clean and comfortable, overall. Items were stocked. Just the basics, but done very well.“

“I walked in and was greeted by Kiya(i probably spelled that wrong, sorry) she was awesome. Very nice and funny and helpful. She helped me put together a complex order i had and was very patient and smiled the whole time. She was truly what made coming to this establishment worth it. The food also was perfect...this team really did give me a great experience!!“

“Our food was very good and exactly as ordered. We drink unsweetened tea and found that theirs was practically water. We showed them and they said they’d brew a new batch. They also said it would take about 10 minutes which we appreciated knowing!
Employees were moving quickly and the bathroom was clean.
