Apparently all the employees walked out and quit. The manager and one staff did a great job trying to keep up with orders. They definitely should be rewarded by upper management.

I’ve always been a Five Guys customer since they made their way to the Deep South. This is my home Five Guys and I haven’t had a problem throughout the years. The customer service seems to be okay and my food has always came out hot and fresh. There’s times where it’s really busy during lunch hours and it’s hard to get food. Overall I haven’t a bad experience. 🍔 🍟👍🏼.

Today was entirely different. Restaurant was busy as expected at lunch time on a Sunday but it wasn’t crazy busy.
We waited almost 30 minutes on two single cheeseburgers and some fries. When we finally got our food it was all cold.
My wife’s burger was pretty much raw and this is not acceptable. Whoever is in charge needs to know. We will not be back and you probably don’t care. As a fellow business owner, thought you’d like to know.

I've never stepped foot in this location and the prices don't make me want to step in here. I've heard that 5 Guys give you enough fries to believe the lies about you getting a bang for your buck. I didn't like that statement either but maybe I'll try them one day.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We ordered 3 meals today, and the customer service was excellent — honestly one of my best experiences at a Five Guys. The cashier, Angel Y, was very patient with us and made the whole process easy and enjoyable.
We don’t usually eat at Five Guys (maybe once a year), but after today we might be coming back more often. She was truly a pleasure to interact with!
