$37 for 2 burgers fries and a drinks all small. service was blah. food was not as good as i remember. why is there a tip option. why would i tip you for doing your job and not bringing my food out or filling my drinks i hate that everyone ask for a tip when it’s not deserved. I won’t be back to five guys.

Me and my family stopped here yesterday for lunch. My wife told the manager that I have a gluten allergy, the manager disregard my food allergy and my food was cooked near bread and now I'm extremely sick. Somebody should do some training on how to handle customers with food allergies at this location. This has never happened to me before at any other location.

Our food was very good and exactly as ordered. We drink unsweetened tea and found that theirs was practically water. We showed them and they said they’d brew a new batch. They also said it would take about 10 minutes which we appreciated knowing! Employees were moving quickly and the bathroom was clean. We were glad we stopped at this location!

Place was not clean or being cleaned. 🍔 French fries are very good and abundant, the only good feature of our visit. Service was too slow & extremely disorganized, 5 tables were empty and no one was cleaning them. Sign outside said Great Value, but it was much more expensive than the food was worth. Next time I'll go to an actual restaurant for a better meal for less money. Can't recommend this to anyone.

I ordered a double cheeseburger for my husband, and the varieties of toppings they had are awesome. I ordered hot dogs for me. they were nice and grilled with yummy toppings.
I gave this place two tries in case the first time was just an off day but omg. They give like half the amount of fries as the lexington location its wild. 6 dollars for a little cup of fries with barely any in the bag is wilddddd.

I appreciate the accuracy of the orders, the fact that they have a worker cleaning outside and inside the dining room, the staff had good communication (while I was there) and I was able to watch my food from start to finish.

I can’t speak for all of the Five Guys but .. the one on harbison is gonna go the extra mile to make things right . It’s all love coming from them that serve us . I thank you guys .. keep being great ! God bless you all .
