I went to this five guys and ordered 4 large fries, but I did not receive larges. After, I went to speak with a worker to let her know I did not get the larges I ordered. She proceeded to argue with me instead of solving the problem. All of the workers proceed to mumble under their breath. I just wanted to get what I paid for and there was no reason for her to get disrespectful with me. She then said they did give larges and this was the new large just in case I wanted the order the new old large.

If you've been to Five Guys before you've never been to one like this one. This was my first time going to this location. From the time you walk in the door you're greeted, the environment was great, the place was clean, and the food was excellent. The manager that ran the shift around lunch time on 11-22-25 was no short of amazing and he has a great team backing him. My burger and fries were cooked to perfection. I encourage anyone to come by and enjoy your time here because you won't be disappointed trust me.

Just went here and ordered two burgers, two fries and two drinks. It added up to $44. I declined and left and will never return. Price gouging only shows no concern for customers happiness. There’s no way in the world it costs that much.
