I walked in and was greeted by Kiya(i probably spelled that wrong, sorry) she was awesome. Very nice and funny and helpful. She helped me put together a complex order i had and was very patient and smiled the whole time. She was truly what made coming to this establishment worth it. The food also was perfect...this team really did give me a great experience!!

This might be the Slowest Service at a Five Guys that I've ever experienced.
Order taken 2:58:32pm. Dine inside 3:11pm order received... Improve on customer Service or Shut the Doors
I tried this location again and I don't see how they stay open. 2:53pm 7+ minutes to receive your order & only 1 customer with a previous purchase.
The order was accurate for the most part, but as slow as the restaurant was, both of the ketchup dispenser were empty. I'd be careful on the floors, when was the last time they used HOT Soapy water to clean the floors, greasy/slippery. There are other Five Guys locations...

I went into the store today and their computers were down. The manager was extremely professional and so was his staff. They explained the situation and did all they could do to accommodate people who came into the restaurant. The cashier wrote my order down and assigned us numbers. The food was prepared correctly and in a timely manner.

I recently visited Five Guys and had an absolutely fantastic experience, largely thanks to an employee named Clint! From the moment I stepped up to the counter, Clint greeted me with a genuine smile and a friendly attitude that immediately made me feel welcome. He was incredibly patient and helpful while I was deciding on my order, offering great suggestions and ensuring everything was accurate. What really stood out was his efficiency and attentiveness – even though the restaurant was busy, Clint managed to keep things moving smoothly and still made sure to check in with customers. It's not often you encounter someone who genuinely seems to enjoy their job and goes the extra mile to make sure customers are happy. Clint is a real asset to the Five Guys team! Thanks to his excellent customer service, I'll definitely be back soon.

I walked in around 8pm on a Wednesday and within 5 mins they very attentively took my order and i paid. I ordered the little hamburger and little fries. The place was very clean, the bathrooms were well serviced and the friendly staff constantly came out to wipe down the tables. Food took about 10 mins to cook and was served in a brown paper bag with a crap load of fries in it. The burger was juicy and hot and the fries were fresh and hot as well. I enjoyed the meal and feel that this is one of the best Five Guys in Columbia. I would return to this spot again. Keep it up ya'll.
