I'm not sure where to begin. I absolutely LOVE Great American Cookie!!!! This location should be thoroughly cleaned!! I sooooo wish I had taken pictures of the front counter. There's black residue on the outside/inside bottom of the counter and near the cookie sheets. The shelves are full of cookie bags and debris from what appears to be from an accumulation of days passed. There is just a sheer level of neglect. Went to the Columbiana Mall last night on the way out we stopped at your store they had a person working on a cake and the girl was cleaning the counter facing the other way we stood there and neither respond to us now at this time it was 8:37 they already they had the ice cream covered we left and my daughter said she heard say something don't know what it was we walked down to the Dairy Queen and asked the girl if they were closed she said that they are open until 9:00 and waited...read full review

Got a chocolate chip cookie cake and it was totally awesome. When I walked in, I was greeted and the staff walked me through my options. They made sure that my order was ready at the time I requested. We were laughing and having fun and it was truly a fun and professional environment. My whole family loved it!
