I have always enjoyed the signature Honey Baked Ham and as usual my husband got one from his employer for Thanksgiving. Since we had to take Thanksgiving dinner to my in-laws I thought it would make things easier to order the sides from HBH. A huge disappointment! Their sides are frozen prepackaged boxes like you would get in the freezer case at the grocery store and size was quite small. So I threw them in my freezer and braved the supermarket crowds to buy groceries and cooked my own side dishes! Finally I did try the smashed potatoes with a regular dinner but was glad I didn’t serve it on Thanksgiving! The price is also way too high for the average quality of the food. Also the line was out the door and it was a madhouse trying to pick up my order. Fortunately I had ordered and paid ahead of time but if it wasn’t so hectic I probably would have asked for a refund.

I was in the mood for something different and had no idea this place had a dine in area and menu. I always thought this place only served holiday hams. I was pleasantly surprised to find that this restaurant had great sandwiches. I appreciate how friendly the staff were and the establishment was really clean which is rare here in Columbia. Kudos to the Honey Baked team and excellent work leadership and management.

First time at this establishment and first time trying this company. I was firmly greeted as I walked in. I was helped immediately. The staff was wonderful and the food was GREAT! My sandwich was huge! They gave me great recommendations and checked on me my whole visit. Can’t say I have had this good of service from other restaurants in the area recently. Thank you all for a happy experience.

Stopped by this place to get my Birthday sandwich. Item was a little pricey $10.49 for a sandwich, can't eat here on a regular base.
However customer service was amazing, treated myself to some cookies, they were so so delicious n soft.

First Time here customer service was great clean store !! I had a smoked Turkey sandwich combo !! The Turkey has no taste and bread a little to hard I did love the sweet honey mustard sauce on sandwich otherwise not sure I’ll be purchasing again from here to pricey...

Food is great. Website has issues lately. I’m registered but my phone number doesn’t work when I’m paying for a meal. I log into website and it keeps asking me to register. When I do it tells me phone number already exists. Can’t see my rewards. Last time I went to get lunch I couldn’t use my gift card because something was wrong with their system. So frustrating!!
