We stopped very late, and nothing else was open. We got a bacon burgers and fries to go. When we got to the hotel and dove in to the meal. Wow! It was a surprise it was delicious. Who would have thought. We went back 2 days later. It was no fluke. It was good.

However, once we were seated, the experience took a positive turn. The service was commendable; staff were attentive, friendly, and efficient, making sure our needs were met throughout the meal.The food itself was a highlight. The food was hot ready but they could have let it cooked a little longer. I ordered banana and strawberry pancakes. I should have ordered them for a child they gave me 2 strawberries and 2 sliceed bananas.. i ate it cause i was hungry due to the wait. They server she was Wonderful made everything great.

So I normally don’t give bad reviews unless something really got under my skin, but before I do that I want to say thank you to my waitress for being so kind and willing to help right away, but never have I ever been so irritated as much as I was when I left ihop today 02/10/2024 as my nephew was eating a roach yes a roach was crawling up the booth he was in, instead of making a scene I grab our food and moved tables and notify my waitress right away and she came over to kill it at that point I was like okay I’m going to stay chilled, I watch her walk over to 3 women who I later found out was manger and tell them what happened. Do you know neither one of them came over to my table to acknowledge what happened, but yet just kept walking by, and then when we left out had the nerve to say have a good day.you guys need to rethink the management team
