Inakaya Watanabe is by far the best sushi I've had. My family are regulars. We go every few months! They have just about anything you can think of with Japanese cuisine. However, I would highly recommend the sashimi and sushi. I have gotten some other Japanese fair, which has been good, but the sashimi and sushi rank at the top. Walking in you can tell the establishment really puts the effort to make the atmosphere as authentic as possible! And the dishes were amazing, the sushi and tempura were the highlights and the beef had a lot of flavor and very savory, the miso soup was very filling, our server was very polite and attentive. 10/10 would recommend hidden gem of Columbia!
