I frequent jersey mikes often, but apparently been sleeping on the forum dr location, they are sorta in the cut. But so happy i was in this area and gps this location. Customer service was excellent, it was clean, and my original italian was made perfect. Amadia rang me out, and was sweet as well as pretty. 2 other male employees we awesome as well. I so apreciate good customer service, that seems SO hard to come by these days. Thank you for a great establishment. Kim n Ben, the owners, I think.

I will never understand the attitude of not taking care of the customer in front of you. At the bare minimum acknowledge us and say you will be with us shortly. We stood there for 10 minutes and all of your employees just made awkward eye contact. It was a pathetic attempt at customer service to say the least.
We also refuse to order online because if we don’t see our sub made it will never be correct at this location.

For my past 2 visits, I am very unhappy with my sub. It costs too much to be unsatisfactory. The bread is super soggy. All the cheese is all stuck to the paper wrap.... No cheese on the meat or within the sub. Customer lost. I will never return. I always get the big kahuna

I visited on 6/22 and want to give a shout out to the three young men who serviced me: Ben, BJ, and Z. I ordered the giant #13 and all three men working the line were courteous, professional, timely, and overall pleasant to work with.
I did ask to speak to the manager but she left earlier that day. Just want her to know that she left the store in good hands. Not one person was playing with their phone; they all spoke clearly, made great eye contact and gave me everything I needed for a good experience. These things are missing in most hospitality environments so I wanted to shout them out for their amazing service. These young men acted more like owners of the business and not just employees. Great job guys, keep up the good work. You stand out!
The Big Kahuna has become my favorite sandwich from my now favorite sandwich shop.

Was really looking forward to trying this place we even called Jersey Mike’s hours before they close. We arrived 30 minutes before they close and they said that they were currently closed due to the Easter time but the door was unlocked and this older white lady with a bun was very rude and told us to get out because we’re closed, will never come here again
