This location is relatively nice. We have always had good service and our orders are prepared correctly. Ordering online is the way to go. They knock them out quickly and they are ready when the app says they will be. Thank you for consistently good service and quality food.

This jersey mikes is terrible. How are you going to tell someone they can use their coupon before they’re made then the subs get made and we’re told the coupon cant be accepted & we owe a massive amount for our subs. We were told we would have to pay regardless since they already made them, but in all actuality—it should have been discounted considering someone was incorrect about the coupon and had we of known, we definitely wouldn’t have gotten them. Overall unprofessional since they could not admit it was even their fault, give an apology nor a discount for the confusion and the subs were definitely not worth over $20

I was just there. The lady ahead of me asked the white older lady to change her gloves. She did, while she rolled her eyes and sighed She was on the phone and put something in the trash prior as I watched. She the came back to prepare her sub. I was gonna ask her to do the same. I am a healthcare professional and that was just disturbing. Then the young lady at the register was handling money but the same person asked her to finish putting the lid on my food. She did and never washed her hands. That was my last visit

I recently visited Jersey Mike’s on 09/16/24 and was blown away by the exceptional service from Alicia. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and made sure my experience was top-notch. Her attention to detail, speed, and ability to customize my order perfectly was impressive.
Not only did she deliver delicious subs (4 to be exact), but she also created a welcoming atmosphere that made my visit even better. It’s rare to find someone who is both efficient and friendly, and Alicia went above and beyond in both areas.
Alicia, thanks for making my meal not just a quick stop, but a great experience. I’ll definitely be coming back to the Forum Drive location simply because of her outstanding service and the experience she provided!!

Came in to get lunch and was ignored until I walked out. First person took my order, and then I waited to get my sandwich dressed. The woman at the dresser station asked what i had, i told her and she said she didn’t see it. Instead of asking me what bread/meat i needed to make my sandwich, she ignored me and started making online orders that hadn’t even arrived. I assumed she asked her coworker and started on mine so when I went to tell her what i wanted on my sandwich all she said was “yours isn’t here” with no other comment, and continued make other’s sandwiches. I had already been here for about 10 mins at this point.
I ended up walking out because no one else would talk to me or help me even after asking what i should do. Disappointing to see how you treat paying customers, yikes.
Worst sandwich ever, it's super disorganised we don't know what we can have for bread or anything else. It was my first time ever and I will not go back. The bread is really disgusting and the food is pretty basic. The staff is lost and disorganised.

Love the number 9 on rosemary. Been a few times and had a girl make my sammiches and she drenched them. By the time I got ro eat them the bread was mushy. Reached out to management never heard back. You call them and no one answers there phone there. I had waisted $$ on 2 giant subs and tried to contact management and never got back to me. I had asked for oil and vinegar on the side on my last subs only to see they were put on them.
