Ordered the club sub it comes with bacon but I didn't have any on my sandwich and no one said they were out of bacon found out a half hour later when I got home had anyone said something I would have ordered something without BACON smdh!!!!

Did a mobile order. My sandwich was made completely wrong but I had to go to work and I don’t live close by so I could t just go in! I tried calling but they have CALL RESTRICTIONS so my calls won’t go through. So unprofessional

I enjoy the food but the fact that a dog was allowed in and lifted by the owner almost above the height of the protective glass has adjusted my view of that establishment.

I frequent jersey mikes often, but apparently been sleeping on the forum dr location, they are sorta in the cut. But so happy i was in this area and gps this location. Customer service was excellent, it was clean, and my original italian was made perfect. Amadia rang me out, and was sweet as well as pretty. 2 other male employees we awesome as well. I so apreciate good customer service, that seems SO hard to come by these days. Thank you for a great establishment. Kim n Ben, the owners, I think.

I will never understand the attitude of not taking care of the customer in front of you. At the bare minimum acknowledge us and say you will be with us shortly. We stood there for 10 minutes and all of your employees just made awkward eye contact. It was a pathetic attempt at customer service to say the least.
We also refuse to order online because if we don’t see our sub made it will never be correct at this location.

For my past 2 visits, I am very unhappy with my sub. It costs too much to be unsatisfactory. The bread is super soggy. All the cheese is all stuck to the paper wrap.... No cheese on the meat or within the sub. Customer lost. I will never return. I always get the big kahuna
