Jins is a very nice Chinese Restaurant. It's the best in our area. It's also thr most consistent restaurant that food has been good each time I've ordered from it. I've been patronizing this business for a few yrs now and the food that I received Friday was pretty bad. The shrimp fried rice that used to have shrimp all thru it is now just fried rice with shrimp on the top. I got 10 wings and at least half of them were visibly smaller than others. We have been using Jins for many years. In the last year the food is rather hit or miss. Food can be seasoned well or very bland. I had always had a good experience with beef dishes with the quality of tender beef. Lately the beef is VERY chewy, and seems of a lower quality.
