Had breakfast here this Saturday morning. I had the waffle and my husband had the waffles with chicken. I should have gotten the same thing because was the chicken was The waffle was ok but the chicken was so good!! Very friendly staff and it was a nice place as well.

There was a wait to be greeted. After a 10 minute for a table we waited another 20mins before a server came out. When she did she had an attitude. It took another 10-15 mins for our drink orders. Once our order was FINALLY taken My order was not done the way I ordered it, there was food missing for one of the guests at our table. Then we asked for ketchup and the waitress NEVER brought it. This was my second time eating here and I was very disappointed. I will never come here again.

My first time to kikis chicken and waffles the postive reviews are on point..I orderd the shrimp and grits for appetizer might as well of been a whole meal ..and the smothered chicken ..good portions on both plates.....quick and friendly service ...but most important the food was delicious 100%thank you Kikis C&W.it was very delicious!!

The star of the show was undoubtedly the pork chop platter. The bone-in chop was expertly grilled, boasting a juicy interior and a beautifully seasoned, crispy crust. Each bite was a delightful marriage of savory goodness. Alongside the perfectly cooked pork chop, a trio of classic Southern sides awaited. The collard greens were simmered to tender perfection, infused with a savory flavor. The mac and cheese was a creamy cheesy dream, delivered a satisfying bite. The hidden gem of the sides, however, was the sweet potato casserole. Instead of the overly sweet candied versions, this one surprised me with a delightful savory twist. Packed with herbs and spices, it offered a welcome counterpoint to the richness of the other dishes. The sweet potatoes themselves were cooked through but retained a satisfying texture.

Food was good. Service was ok but I think it's time to update the atmosphere. Maybe change out the dinning tables and also update the landscaping. We sat by a window and could see where the fence was breaking and the small area of grass needed to be attended to.

Upside: Red Velvet waffle was delicious and soft with fresh strawberries. downside: my order was not complete. I had to asked for my drink and then wait to ask for a straw. the wings was fried very hard.

I well enjoyed myself great music huge food portion the tea was good n sweet ? I got fried pork chops (2) collards and rice and gravy the gravy they DEFINITELY took they time with it SO SAVORY and golden brown I enjoyed it NO COMPLAINTS I definitely will be bk

Stopped in to purchase gift cards only, but then a server came out with sweet cream corn nuggets and platters of fried green beans for another customer. FRIED GREEN BEANS, y’all!! Never in my life had I had these. So I ordered some to go (it’s on the menu as an appetizer), and before I remembered to take a food pic, they were GONE! Crispy, hot, and not at all greasy—served with ranch dressing! Yummy—it was large enough for a meal. Service was excellent, and purchasing the gift cards was quick.Parking: Parking spots all around the restaurant, plenty of handicapped spots as well…

Kiki Chicken and waffle by the mall. 7/30/2023My family was eating, I never got my food, my drink was at the bar so long it got watery. We asked for napkins and water never came. The waitress act as if we were asking for to much. When I asked about my food she says "idk whats going on with your food".. That was it!!!! I made my family stop eating and we left. The managers try to fix it by giving me a gift card, but stil charged for the food I didn't get. I really tried to support my ppl but it's always something.. The waitress with the attitude, not clean, decor is raggedy no upgrades please do better.. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BAD FOR BUSINESS NO MATTER HOW GOOD THE FOOD IS!!!! Retrain your ppl or get rid of them. The FOOD was pretty good the bit that I did get from my grandson plate ?
